Installation and the system requirements

The product "Precision Competitions - Printable Templates" has no special hardware nor software requirements. It is distributed either as a standard setup package (for Microsoft Windows platform only) or in the form of "zip archive" for portable installation (MS Windows, Linux, Mac OS X).

To open the template in the selected file format (Adobe PDF, OpenOffice, Microsoft Office Word, ...), there must be the product, that supports such a file format, installed on your computer.

Installation for Microsoft Windows operating system

Installation of any edition that you purchased, as well as installation of the demo version, that you can download on this site, takes the same steps. Execute the downloaded installer and follow the setup wizard instructions.

Note: On Windows Vista you must allow the execution of the installer.

If you purchase multiple editions of the product, install them all in the same location. Then you can search and view all the purchased templates from all editions simultaneously in the catalog .

Installation for Linux and Mac OS X platforms

Templates contained in the "Precision Competitions - Printable Templates" collection are available for all operating systems platforms. However, the primary installation packages contain a catalog application for searching and browsing the templates, that is designed for Microsoft Windows platform only.

Users of OS Linux and Mac OS X may use the "portable" installation packages, that only contain the templates itself (without the catalog application).
